For NDIS Participants

Understanding your NDIS plan and your rights as a participant.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to Australians with permanent and significant disability to access the supports they need to live an ordinary life.

The NDIS is managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). If you are eligible, you will receive an individual NDIS plan that outlines your goals and the funding available to achieve them. You can then choose providers like NQ Integrated Solutions to deliver those supports.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for the NDIS you must:

  • Be under 65 years of age when you first apply
  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category visa holder
  • Have a permanent disability that significantly impacts your daily life

Contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or visit ndis.gov.au to check eligibility.

How Your Plan Can Be Managed

Plan Managed

A registered Plan Manager like NQ Integrated Solutions manages your funding. We pay your providers, track your budget, and send you regular statements.

We offer this service
Self Managed

You manage your own NDIS funding. You have the most flexibility in choosing providers but are responsible for claiming and record-keeping.

NDIA Managed

The NDIA pays your registered providers directly. You can only use NDIS-registered providers under this option.
